help me please!!! help ive never been in trouble before with the law?

my buddy and i had been texting about buying some weed for friday at a party but we never went through with it and so his mom found the text message and says she told the cops that i was supplying people with weed when in all honesty i have never bought weed before in my life and i have only smoked twice in my life. could i still get in trouble for this even if its just a text message and i never went through with it cause you cant get in trouble for thinking of buying drugs can you!? i have a clean reckord, no tickets, b honor roll, never been pulled over, captain of my soccer team so its not like ima drug dealer lol. what should i do? am i gonna be ok?

You will not get in trouble from a law enforcement point ov view, however, possibly with your parents. There is no way to tell that you even wrote the text, and you didn't go through with the act. Unless the police physically catch you with the weed or are captured while smoking or while you are high, they can't do anything about it. I think she was just threatening you trying to scare you straight. You should be more worried about being kicked off your soccer team if you get caugh.
