Soccer Kickback

Will this workout build my strength or do i need to add more reps and different excersises?
25 lbs. workout
40 Standing Dumbbell Curls: a rep of 15 than one of 10 than one of 8 and one of 7
35 dumbell extentions starting with the arm down and pulling the dumbell up(dont know what its called): a set of twenty then one of fifteen
Same workout but 10 pound weights: 30 chest flies made up of a set of 15, 10, then 5 and 20 dumbbell kickbacks of two sets of 10
Any suggestions to add or remove certain techniques to my workout would be greatly appreciated.
If it helps, im 14, male, 130 lbs., 5' 8" and drink protein shakes. I dont mean to sound conceeded but i am very fit from soccer.
Sounds good to me...........just work all of the body a litte in different days........but at your age no heavy weights....you do not want to damage joints. Take your time.....and do not overwork any area yet. Talk to your coach or dad.......or go to a gym at ask a gym tec. what he thinks........good luck...have some fun.
